A modern office Proposals have been developed for a prestigious new headquarter office building for a local company on a tight site in West Lancashire Stanton Andrews were invited to develop a design for a 2,400 sqm office building in a challenging coastal location. The submitted design embraces the use of load bearing masonny with a two storey colonnaded entrance facing the street, double height entrance and large areas of glazing to the south and east elevations The L shaped building allows the creation of a sheltered landscaped courtyard with glazed scenic lifts and break out spaces at ground floor level. The upper floors are set back with a terrace at second floor level providing additional break out space to the boardrooms and senior management offices As part of the presentation we produced a video of the scheme and we are keen to see the design develop further.
